"I went to Care Pet for years. love Dr Bear, not so much for the stand in vet or negative check out lady. They took test that were not authorized or asked for. Had to leave. The smell was the last straw.I appreciate the response of the Clinic staff although it does not seem things have progressed. I left the clinic Three years ago. Wish the clinics present patrons good God speed with there fur baby's."

The dental clinic for nationwide children's left my daughters rotten tooth in her mouth causing a serious infection and caused multiple dental visits elsewhere and children's forgot to document my child's ADHD diagnosis and said 'oh well, just schedule again' they are never gonna "take care" of my children ever again. Shame on all of you as a children's hospital. SHAME on all of you."
