"The hotel provided our room number, name, and phone number to, what we believe to be, the Sinaloa Cartel. We were held hostage by phone for about 20 minutes when two men, pretending to be police working with the front desk, called us on WhatsApp and demanded information about us and our adult children. They said they were going room by room investigating drugs, guns, and a kidnapping. They said if we left the room, they would shoot us. We finally ran out to the reception area and checked out immediately. The hotel keeps saying they are too busy to refund us for the time we prepaid but didn't stay. We believe they wanted to extort ransom money from our kids. The room was mediocre, especially for $125/night. No coffee, fridge, ice, tissues, etc. I would definitely avoid this place!"

"New management, my experience this weekend was the worse. After staying here for the past 20 years I can guarantee you, it will be my last year spending any family vacations at Playa Bonita, no longer a private beach they rented over 20 canopies that made the beach crowded unable to see the kids play, water to rinse was turned off, had to walk into my condo with sand. Much more happened this weekend that I’m just frustrated with the this new management wish things hadn’t changed this extreme."

"Which one is the best" vs. "which one the best is"
"Which one is the best" is obviously a question format, so it makes sense that " which one the best is " should be the correct form. This is very good instinct, and you could even argue that the grammar is good, but at best it's unnatural.
